Die Druckprobe zeigte, dass der Druck in der Kalt- und Warmwasserleitung konstant ist und diese somit nicht betroffen sein konnten.<\/p>\n<p>Nachdem das Eckventil ausgetauscht wurde, konnte die technische Trocknung beginnen. Die Bodenstruktur musste schadensbedingt komplett entfernt werden. Im darunterliegenden Wohnzimmer musste die Decke, samt Glaswolle, entfernt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Nachdem der R\u00fcckbau erfolgte, konnte mit der schadensbedingten Sanierung fortgefahren werden. Im Schlafzimmer wurde die Bodenstruktur erneuert und mit Laminat verlegt.
