Au\u00dferdem musste im Bodenbereich teilweise der Estrich entfernt werden. Nach Abschluss des R\u00fcckbaus konnte mit den Trocknungsma\u00dfnahmen begonnen werden. Die betroffenen R\u00e4ume wurden fachgerecht 4 Wochen getrocknet.<\/p>\n<p>Nachdem der R\u00fcckbau erfolgte und die technische Trocknung abgeschlossen war, konnte mit der schadensbedingten Sanierung fortgefahren werden. In dem Raum im Obergeschoss musste ein neuer Bodenaufbau erstellt werden.
