Diese wurde bei der Dusche gepr\u00fcft und es hat sich rausgestellt, dass ein T-St\u00fcck an der Kaltwasserleitung defekt war.<\/p>\n<p>Um an die Leckage zu gelangen und diese austauschen zu k\u00f6nnen, mussten die Bodenfliesen entfernt werden. Der Estrich wurde bei der Dusche entfernt sowie eine Reihe Wandfliesen. Im Flur wurde die Tapete im Deckenbereich entfernt.<\/p>\n<p>Nachdem der R\u00fcckbau erfolgte, konnte mit der schadensbedingten Sanierung fortgefahren werden. Die Dusche wurde neu gefliest inkl. Verfuge- und Silikonarbeiten.
