Eine technische Trocknung war erforderlich.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr den Austausch der Leckage musste die Duschtasse und die Duschtrennwand demontiert werden. Im Badezimmer wurde eine luftdichte Staubschutzwand eingebaut. Estrich wurde im Duschbereich entfernt und die D\u00e4mmung herausgenommen. Au\u00dferdem wurden Wandfliesen im Duschbereich entfernt.<\/p>\n<p>Nach dem R\u00fcckbau konnte mit der schadensbedingten Sanierung fortgefahren werden. Im Badezimmer konnte mit dem Estrich einbringen begonnen werden. Danach wurden Spachtelarbeiten durchgef\u00fchrt und der Duschbereich abgedichtet.
